Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars

This recipe comes from the March Bon Appetit, Peanut butter and Jelly Bars. Who doesn’t like peanut butter and jelly? I had all but two of the ingredients, I substituted sour cherry jelly for grape jelly and chopped cashews in place of the chopped peanuts.The recipe was quick and easy to follow and it taste like you wish your sandwich did in fourth grade.
